                                                                                                                            April 15th, class 5

The first image that we have after listen or read this words it´s "race" and "poverty". These two things are the principal topic of discrimination which are focused in third world countries.
After this we can ask ourselves, Can we found discrimination in a society where the majority of the population are white, and where extreme poverty it's not the same if we compare our realitie with third world countries?. I think that yes we can, however it doesn't present in the same way because the population has all their basic needs covered,  in the manner that, discrimitation is present in a particular way, on one hand we have the case of the high social class, along with the other end which is the poorest class. In both cases it's easy identify the principal topic that it's used for discriminate, but what happens with the working class?.
This sector doesn't belong of any extreme class, and from an economic point of view, they can afford many thing which are considered luxury but at the same time thay can't afford other things because they are too expensive.
I want to emphasize this last notion because it raises questions, starting for: Are they discriminated despite the fact of being close to both socio economic realities?. The answer is curious: this group suffers differente kind of violence from the extreme parts, this leads to a social response of the working class, leads to a necessity of identity as can be seen in the first generation of college graduates from a working class family.
